All reviews are positive; customers describe careful, precise work on haircuts, beard trims and straight-razor shaves, noting that the style they showed was reproduced exactly. The staff are frequently described as warm, friendly and good company, with tea or coffee often offered after the service. Reviewers say the service is quick and clean and the prices are reasonable and stated clearly upfront; some local customers have been coming for many years. A few international visitors mention that English is limited and suggest bringing a photo of the desired style.
