Most customers are very pleased with the massage and scrub-and-foam treatments, describing the therapists as professional and skilled, with some specifically highlighting the Balinese massage. The friendly, attentive and helpful attitude of the reception and other staff, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, are frequently praised. However, a few reviews mention that the showers in the rooms were not usable, and one customer complained that the rooms were cold, small and poorly maintained. The lack of relaxing music was also noted in a single review.
