Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers say the staff are friendly, attentive and patient, procedures are clean, quick and careful, and results match what they wanted. Foreign visitors who came without an appointment also report being satisfied. However, a group of customers describe problems such as gel or polish peeling soon after application, natural nails being damaged during removal, and pain and bleeding from rough handling, noting that quality varies depending on the technician. Long waits past appointment times, slow replies to messages and poor communication are also criticized.
