UNSAFE for women! Aggressive staff & Management ignores complaints. / KADINLAR İÇİN GÜVENSİZ! [EN] I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the lack of safety at Coliseum Zekeriyaköy. On Feb 2nd, a male trainer physically intimidated my wife, shouted at her, and waved his hands in her face just because she asked for help with a machine left messy by another user. The receptionist just watched and smiled! We sent a formal complaint to management 4 days ago asking for a refund and investigation, but they are COMPLETELY IGNORING us. No answer, no apology. We paid 38,000 TL for a premium service but received aggression and zero support. We are filing a case with the Consumer Rights Committee. Stay away if you value your safety. [TR] Zekeriyaköy şubesinde eşimin başına gelen olay tam bir rezalet. 2 Şubat'ta bir antrenör eşimin üzerine yürüyüp bağırdı, el kol hareketleriyle tehdit etti (sadece yardım istediği için!). Resepsiyonist ise olayı gülerek izledi. Yönetime dilekçe gönderdik, 4 gündür cevap yok! 38.000 TL ödedik ama karşılığında şiddet ve ilgisizlik görüyoruz. Eşim korkudan spora gidemiyor. Paramızı iade etmiyorlar ve cevap vermiyorlar. Konuyu Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne taşıyoruz. Asla tavsiye etmem, güvenli değil!
