Most customers say they are very satisfied with eyebrow design, lamination, lash and microblading treatments, noting in particular that damaged brows were corrected and the results look natural. Staff are frequently described as attentive, friendly and meticulous, and the setting as clean and welcoming; many reviewers say they have been returning for years and came on someone's recommendation. Manicure and pedicure services are also generally well received, though one customer reports developing a serious infection after such a treatment. A small number of negative reviews mention an appointment being refused after arriving late, along with general dissatisfaction.
