Reviews
This rating includes 40 reviews from Google. View on Google
The vast majority of reviews are positive; customers say they were pleased with the quality of the massage and hammam services, the skill of the therapists, and the friendly, attentive attitude of the staff. The pool, sauna, and hammam areas are frequently described as clean and hygienic, and the value for money is generally appreciated. However, a small number of customers report problems such as an extra charge for paying by credit card, a mismatch between what they were told in advance about wet-area access and what they experienced, and rude behavior from a security guard. One review also states that a payment made before a previous location closed has not been refunded.
