Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers expressing satisfaction with hair and makeup for weddings, engagements and civil ceremonies, the care taken with haircuts and eyebrow shaping, and the team's warm, attentive manner. However, a notable number of customers report that their requested style was not followed, makeup did not hold up, hair color turned out differently than expected, and their complaints were not addressed. Some reviews also mention a cold welcome, rude behavior, poor hygiene and prices changing at payment compared to what was agreed, so experiences appear to vary considerably.
