Emsal Doğan Nişantaşı

Customer experiences are sharply divided: many reviewers, especially long-time regulars, say they were pleased with hair, lash, laser hair removal, skincare and microblading services, describing the staff as attentive, friendly and skilled and rating hygiene positively. However, a significant number of reviews report serious problems, including bleeding and infection during manicures and pedicures, eyebrow shaping done against the client's wishes, lash and nail work that deteriorated quickly, and bruising after a facial. Some customers also criticize a lack of attention once they raised complaints, attempts to change appointments at the last minute, and the absence of a clear price list.
