Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are negative; customers report that promised results were not achieved, especially with tattoo removal, hair removal and body contouring packages, that guarantees were not honored, and that cancellation and refund requests went unanswered. Frequently mentioned complaints include long waits past appointment times, slow replies to messages and calls, a different staff member at each session, rushed treatments, inconsistent pricing and sales pressure. A smaller group of customers say they were satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendly and attentive staff and their results, so experiences vary considerably.
