Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
The reviews paint a mixed picture: many regular customers say they are pleased with attentive, skilled staff, especially for coloring, ombre, balayage and haircuts, and describe the salon as clean and comfortable. On the other hand, a notable number of customers report disappointment with cuts that didn't match their request, unexpected color results, hair extensions, and bridal hair and makeup. Pricing is also a recurring complaint, with some finding services overpriced and saying they were charged more at checkout than initially agreed. Some reviewers also found the front-desk staff's attitude rude and felt their complaints were not taken seriously.
