Most customers describe the venue as warm and friendly, often highlighting the attentive, welcoming management and staff as well as the complimentary tea. Many are satisfied with the sauna, heated marble platform and scrub-and-foam treatment, though some note that staff for scrubs and massages are not always available. Opinions on cleanliness differ sharply: many find the place hygienic, while others report serious dirt, insects, lack of hot water and a general need for maintenance. A few reviews also mention weak privacy and one person's off-putting behavior toward customers.
