Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Nearly all reviews are negative. The most common complaint is that appointment times are not honored, with waits ranging from one to several hours; some customers say they were sent away without service or left after giving up on waiting. Poor hygiene, staff described as inattentive or rude, and careless work are also frequently criticized, with reports of damaged cuticles and nail extensions or silk lashes falling off shortly afterward. Customers also note that the map location and address are outdated and that calls go unanswered; positive remarks are very rare and only mention that some staff members were quick and polite.
