Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
The reviews are sharply divided. Customers describing earlier visits say they were pleased with the massage and hammam services, found the facility clean, noted that areas such as the pool, sauna and jacuzzi worked without issues, and describe the staff as friendly and attentive. However, a large share of the reviews complain that the venue has been closed for months, reportedly for renovation, leaving people who bought packages unable to use them, with other branches refusing to honor those packages and no one reachable about refunds or updates. Some customers also claim no invoice was issued and say they have filed official complaints.
