Reviews
This rating includes 153 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers saying staff are friendly, attentive and informative, especially for facials, laser hair removal and under-eye treatments. The atmosphere is often described as warm and hygienic, and procedures as carefully performed. However, a notable number of customers report serious problems such as burns and lasting marks after treatment, pushy sales tactics, extra product upselling, and final prices higher than quoted. As a result, experiences appear to vary considerably from person to person.
