Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are sharply divided: satisfied customers praise the attentive, friendly staff, the quality of the massages and sauna, and the value for money. However, many customers report long waits after paying, massages cut shorter than the advertised duration, and an inadequate scrub-and-foam treatment. Negative reviews also frequently mention cigarette smell, poor cleanliness, run-down areas under renovation, and an unwelcoming reception. Some customers feel quality has declined since a change in management, so experiences vary widely from person to person.
