Most reviews express satisfaction with hair, makeup and headscarf styling for special occasions such as engagements, civil ceremonies, weddings and photo shoots. Customers say the staff listens to their wishes, makes decisions together with them at each step, creates natural and understated looks, and that the makeup holds up all day. The studio is described as bright and clean, the tools as carefully prepared, and communication before the event as strong. However, one customer reports being very unhappy with the hair styling for her engagement, saying the result did not meet her expectations.
