Reviews

Most customers are pleased with the bath's cleanliness and its wide range of facilities, such as a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and say it is comfortable to visit with family and children. Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, though some reviews complain about rude behavior from one scrub attendant, difficulties communicating in Turkish, and scrubs that feel too short. Many find the prices reasonable, while others consider recent increases excessive. A few reviews mention negatives such as bad odors near the toilets, a hygiene problem in the jacuzzi, and heavy crowding at peak times.
