Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers say the nail work is careful, matches the requested design and is done quickly, that the salon is clean and hygienic, and that staff are generally friendly and attentive; prices are seen as affordable, and many reviewers are long-term regulars. However, several reviews mention not being taken at the scheduled appointment time, with waits sometimes reaching about an hour. Some customers also complain about gel lifting soon after application, sloppy finishes, correction requests being declined, unclear pricing information, and rude or indifferent attitudes from certain staff or the front desk, so experiences vary.
