Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews express satisfaction with hair and makeup done for special occasions such as engagements, henna nights, and weddings. Customers note that the team is friendly, attentive, and responsive to their requests, that makeup and hair hold up throughout the day, and that appointment times are respected. However, a small number of reviews say the results fell short of expectations, describe product quality and hygiene as inadequate, mention that the work was left to inexperienced staff, and report carelessness with simple services. While the overall picture is positive, experiences appear to vary from person to person.
