Review summary

Most guests report being satisfied with their stay, most often praising the friendly, courteous and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The varied, fresh breakfast, the central location and the value for money are also viewed positively, and some returning guests note visible renovations following a change in management. On the other hand, a small number of reviews criticize the surrounding industrial area, the walk needed to reach public transport, and in-room issues such as a faulty bathroom lock and lighting; one guest felt the overall experience fell short apart from the staff.
