Uzun zamandır hem ders hem masa başı çalışmaktan dolayı Forward Head Posture sıkıntısı yaşıyordum, Dr. Ali Bey daha ilk seansta tam nokta atışı yaparak kasları rahatlattı ve postürümü düzeltti. İlerleyen seanslarda diyafram, core, bacak ve diz postürleri üzerine çalışarak baştan aşağıya bir postür ve kas farkındalığı kazanmamı sağladı.
