Most reviews are positive; customers say the massages are relaxing and effective, some noting relief from pain, and describe the staff as friendly and attentive and the setting as clean and calm. However, a group of customers raise serious cleanliness complaints, describing the hammam as cold and poorly maintained with soap residue on the floor. Some reviews mention sessions being shorter than promised, appointment booking problems, uncomfortable behavior over tipping, and language barriers in communication. Overall, experiences vary, though satisfied customers clearly outnumber the dissatisfied ones.
