Reviews
This rating includes 150 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers say they achieved the shade they wanted, especially with ombre, coloring and lightening services, and describe the staff as attentive, friendly and professional. Many note that their first visit went well, that they have since become regulars, and that they received useful hair care advice. However, a notable number of negative reviews say cut and color results fell short of expectations, that reference photos were not followed, and that prices felt too high. Some also complain about appointments being postponed several times and about a service being changed at the salon despite prior confirmation, so experiences vary from person to person.
