Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews say the work, especially gel and acrylic nails and manicures, is careful and meticulous, and that staff are warm and attentive; many customers stress that tools are sterile and the salon is clean, and say they return regularly. Some are also pleased with the facial treatments. However, a notable number of negative reviews report nails breaking or falling off within days, uneven application, a dismissive attitude when problems were raised, and unanswered appointment requests. A few customers also wish extra charges had been disclosed upfront, so experiences appear to vary.
