Most customers are very satisfied with the salon, highlighting careful results in eyebrow shaping, manicures and pedicures, waxing and hair services that suit each person's wishes and face shape. The team is frequently described as friendly, attentive and helpful with advice, and the salon as clean and tidy; a separate area for women who wear headscarves is also appreciated. Many say they have been regular clients for years. However, one customer reports feeling ignored in the men's section and being very unhappy with their haircut.
