Reviews

Most reviews are clearly positive; customers say they were satisfied with services such as laser hair removal, facials, brow shaping, manicures and pedicures, and nail extensions, describing the staff as friendly, attentive and careful, and the salon as clean with a pleasant atmosphere. Many mention visible results from their laser sessions. However, a small number of customers report disappointment with a permanent makeup result, inconsistent price quotes across different channels, steep price increases and promised results not being achieved, as well as disrespectful behavior during a phone call.
