My mother and I had the pleasure of visiting Lilyum Spa during our stay in Istanbul, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness and professionalism. The ladies who took care of us made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable, and their attention to detail was exceptional throughout our visit. We chose a hammam and massage package, and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Every treatment was carried out with great care, skill and genuine hospitality. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and completely relaxed. What made the experience especially memorable was not only the quality of the treatments, but the kindness of the staff. The ladies who looked after my mother and me were so attentive, gentle and thoughtful, ensuring that we enjoyed every moment. Their professionalism was matched by their warmth, and they made us feel truly welcome. After several busy days exploring Istanbul, this was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect way to unwind and spend quality time together, and we both agreed that it was one of the most enjoyable experiences of our entire holiday. Thank you to the wonderful team at Lilyum Spa for taking such good care of us. We will remember your kindness long after we have returned home to London. We highly recommend Lilyum Spa to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a relaxing, authentic and beautifully delivered spa experience. We had a wonderful experience at Lilium Spa. From the moment we arrived, Enes at the front desk was extremely welcoming and professional. He greeted us warmly, clearly explained the spa facilities, and guided us through the sequence of treatments from start to finish. During our visit, the entire spa experienced a temporary electrical blackout while we were in the sauna. Enes promptly handled the situation and resolved the issue at the electrical box, and the lights were restored quickly before we moved on to the rest of our treatments. Everything was back in order before the massage and hammam sessions, so the experience continued smoothly without disruption. As a thoughtful gesture, Enes generously upgraded our experience by including a body mask treatment on top of the classic couples package, which was already very good value. It was a quiet Monday morning, and we had the entire spa to ourselves, which made the experience even more relaxing and exclusive. My masseuse, Fiya, gave an excellent massage—skilled, attentive, and consistent throughout the treatment, followed by the scrub and foam bath, which were also very enjoyable. Overall, the service, professionalism, and care from the team made this a truly relaxing and memorable spa experience, and we would gladly return.

So pleased we booked Sultan Hamman at Lilysum Spa. From start to finish the staff were so polite and helpful. The spa is spotlessly clean and the hamman and massage were fabulous! Highly recommended! Thank you

First of all, the entire staff team is welcoming, attentive and safe. They always make sure you’re okay, constantly checking how the experience is going. First is sauna, massage ( the best massage I’ve had in my life!!!), sauna again (there’s two different ones) face mask and finally the bubble bath. I just appreciate how humble everyone is. A good team can really make a difference in customer service and this is the most genuine review I’ve ever done. I can’t wait to come back with friends or family for this amazing experience. Gracias!
