Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Customer experiences are sharply divided: some reviewers say the team is friendly and attentive, are pleased with results from services such as laser hair removal, tattoos, hair colouring, haircuts and facials, and mention having been regular clients for a long time. On the other hand, a significant number of customers complain about skin irritation, burning and poor results, particularly with eyebrow shaping, manicures and pedicures, and silk eyelash extensions. Some reviews report being charged more than the price agreed beforehand, find the prices expensive, and describe a rude attitude toward customers who raised problems, while other customers consider the prices reasonable.
