Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are negative; many customers say that after paying upfront for laser hair removal packages they could no longer reach the business by phone or message, were unable to use their remaining sessions, and found the business closed or relocated. Other recurring complaints include short, careless sessions, frequently changing and inexperienced staff, little visible result, long waits, and poor hygiene. A smaller group of customers, however, reports a clean environment, friendly and attentive staff, and satisfying laser and skincare results, so experiences vary.
