Reviews
This rating includes 150 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive, with customers reporting satisfaction with haircuts, blow-dries, extensions, nails and lashes, and describing the staff as friendly, attentive and professional. The salon's cleanliness, the ability to communicate in English and short waiting times are also frequently praised. However, a smaller group of customers mention rough handling during washing and blow-drying, requests being ignored, rude communication, and inconsistent prices or charges above the posted price list. Opinions on pricing vary: some find it reasonable and transparent, while others feel tourists are overcharged.
