Most customers say they are very satisfied with the nail services, particularly gel and acrylic extensions as well as manicure and pedicure results. Reviewers frequently highlight that the staff are friendly, polite and meticulous, working without causing pain even on sensitive cuticles. The salon is described as clean, welcoming and centrally located, with prices considered reasonable compared to the rest of the city. However, a few reviews mention problems with appointment changes and communication, and one customer reports that their extensions came off within days and no support was provided.
