Reviews
This rating includes 38 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers particularly praise the barber services, haircuts, coloring and blow-dries, describing the staff as friendly, respectful and professional. Some mention that the venue is clean and tidy and that they enjoyed extra services such as masks and massages. However, a notable number of reviews report that prices charged did not match those posted at the door, that quoted prices changed over the phone, that card payments carried a surcharge, and that unrequested services were billed. There are also complaints about rough or careless treatment in the women's salon section, so experiences vary considerably.
