Reviews
This rating includes 120 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; many customers say they have been coming for years, often with family, and find the team experienced and careful with cuts, coloring and hair treatments. The staff's warm, attentive manner, the general cleanliness of the salon, the refreshments and the appointment system are frequently praised, and some customers consider the prices reasonable. However, a small number of customers complain about unwanted color or cut results, long waits, hygiene shortcomings (especially in the men's section), products differing from what was promised, and a decline in quality compared to the past; a few also find it expensive.
