Most reviews say procedures such as nail extensions, manicures and nail art are done carefully and to a high standard, and that the staff are warm, attentive and kind. Many customers are pleased with the salon's cleanliness, its hygiene practices and how long their nails stay in good condition. However, a notable number of negative reviews report fingers being injured during treatment, rude behavior and poor cleanliness. Experiences also vary on pricing and logistics, with complaints about an extra charge for card payments, agreed prices being changed, long waits and a limited selection of regular nail polish.
