Most customers say the staff are friendly, attentive and warm, and many mention having visited the center with their families for years. Effective results are frequently reported for laser hair removal, skincare, slimming and nail services, with the equipment considered effective and cleanliness often emphasized. One review also notes that there were no extra charges on a promotional treatment and no waiting before the session. However, one customer reports a serious burn after a laser treatment and says the business did not take responsibility; while experiences are largely positive, this kind of complaint also appears.
