Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most customers rate this pet grooming business positively, citing its cleanliness, careful work, and friendly, attentive team; some say they have been regular clients for years. However, a notable number of reviews claim that pets came out stressed or injured after grooming, that haircut results fell short of expectations, and that staff behaved rudely. Prices are described as high, extra fees reportedly were charged without prior notice, and not being allowed to see the grooming area left some owners feeling uneasy. Overall, experiences vary considerably.
