Reviews

Most customers report being very satisfied with the massage and hammam services, noting in particular that the medical massage accurately targets sore areas and helps with muscle and foot pain. Staff are generally described as friendly, polite and professional, and the venue's cleanliness, hygiene and safe, family-friendly atmosphere come up often. Some also find the value for money good. However, a small number of reviews raise criticisms such as the sauna and hammam not being warm enough, the scrub mitt not being opened fresh for each guest, and a rude reply from management over messaging.
