The vast majority of customers describe the head massage and hair spa treatments as deeply relaxing, reporting noticeable relief from head, neck and shoulder pain as well as stress and anxiety. Staff are described as friendly, attentive and skilled, and reviewers also appreciate the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere during sessions, the complimentary coffee and how soft their hair feels afterward. Many visited with a partner, family member or friend, feel the price is justified and say they intend to return. However, one customer complained that a massage booked as one hour ended far sooner and does not recommend the venue.
