Review summary

Most reviews are positive; customers say they were pleased with gel extensions, long-lasting polish, manicures, pedicures and lash services, describing the staff as friendly and attentive and the salon as clean and hygienic. However, a notable number of customers report that the quoted price rose significantly at checkout, that prices are high, and that some services were left incomplete. Some reviews also mention polish coming off quickly, damage to nails and cuticles during treatment, and shortcomings in hygiene and staff attitude, so experiences vary considerably from person to person.
