Most customers say they are satisfied with the salon's nail services, especially gel, acrylic extensions, and long-lasting polish, describing the results as careful and natural-looking. The staff's kind, attentive, and warm manner and the cleanliness of the space come up frequently; some customers mention traveling from other districts regularly, and foreign visitors report feeling at ease. That said, a few reviews complain about nails breaking within a short time and a faulty service not being properly acknowledged, while another review describes a dissatisfied customer being offered a free corrective appointment.
