Reviews
This rating includes 150 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are clearly split: a large share of customers say certain staff members are careful, courteous and skilled at haircuts, coloring and makeup, and that they got the result they wanted. On the other hand, complaints come up often, especially around engagement and bridal preparations, about appointment times not being kept, requested styles not being delivered, unsatisfying eyebrow shaping and rude attitudes from some staff. There are concerns about the hygiene of makeup brushes and sponges, and opinions on value for money vary; experiences seem to differ noticeably between branches and individual staff members.
