Most customers say they are pleased with the careful, detail-oriented work, especially for gel nails, nail extensions and manicures, noting that the requested design is reproduced exactly and that the nails hold up for a long time. The staff are frequently described as warm, friendly and attentive, and the salon's cleanliness and hygiene are often said to inspire confidence; prices are considered reasonable, and appointments reportedly don't take long even for groups. However, a small number of reviews report that a new staff member injured a customer's finger during filing and describe the attitude of both the staff and the owner as off-putting.
