Most customers say they were satisfied with services such as haircuts, beard shaves, hair coloring and skincare, describing the staff as experienced, friendly and attentive. Many mention they have been coming regularly for years, that they got the style they asked for, and that the refreshments and overall atmosphere feel comfortable. However, a small number of reviews describe negative experiences, such as a cut not done as requested and sensitivity and sores around the nails after a manicure.
