Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers say they were pleased with the massages, the friendly and chatty staff, and the attentive reception, and some describe the venue as clean and reasonably priced. However, a notable number of reviews report sessions shorter than promised, superficial massages, some unclean rooms, and a jacuzzi and sauna that were not working or were cold. Reviewers also mention a gap between the price listed online and the price quoted by phone, limited English communication, and one serious complaint about staff conduct. Overall, experiences appear to vary considerably depending on which staff member a customer gets.
