Reviews
This rating includes 35 reviews from Google. View on Google
Most reviews are positive; customers describe the staff as friendly, patient and meticulous, say requested designs are executed well, and note a clean, warm atmosphere. Some long-term customers also return regularly for waxing and skin care in addition to nail services. However, a notable number of reviewers complain about nails breaking or peeling soon after the appointment, careless manicures and rude attitudes, with some feeling quality dropped after a change in ownership or staff. Appointment delays and long waits are also mentioned, so experiences vary considerably.
