Reviews
This rating includes 30 reviews from Google. View on Google
The reviews are sharply divided; one group of customers, especially long-time clients, says the nail and lash work is careful, the staff are attentive and friendly, and the space is clean and calm. On the other hand, a nearly equal number report cuts and bleeding during manicures and nail removal, in some cases leading to infection and problems requiring urgent medical care. Negative reviews frequently mention long waits despite appointments, rude or indifferent attitudes, hygiene concerns such as gloves not being used, and results that did not match expectations. Overall, experiences appear to vary greatly depending on the staff member and the visit.
