Review summary

Reviews are quite mixed: one group of customers is very satisfied with haircuts, coloring, laser and eyebrow services, describing the staff as friendly, attentive and careful. However, a significant number of customers complain about cuts that did not match the requested style, unexpected color results, and gel polish or nail applications that came off within a short time. Some reviews also mention prices being raised after an initial agreement, being kept waiting out of turn, and encountering rude behavior. Overall, experiences appear to vary considerably depending on the staff member and the type of service.
