Most customers report being very satisfied with the massage, hammam, scrub-and-foam and sauna services, describing the therapists as skilled and professional. Cleanliness and hygiene are among the most frequently praised aspects, and the staff's friendliness, attentiveness, guidance and complimentary refreshments are also often appreciated. The venue is seen as well suited for couples, birthday celebrations and group events such as bridal hammam parties, and one review views the value for money positively. A small number of critical comments say the gym is warm and inadequate and the pool only average, so experiences with the facilities may vary.
