Most customers say they are pleased with the venue's cleanliness, the friendly and attentive staff, and the experience of the therapists; services such as massage, hammam, sauna and scrubbing are described as relaxing, and many people mention returning regularly. While prices are generally considered reasonable, a small number of reviews raise complaints about payments and package pricing, particularly disputes over charges applied to couples. A few customers describe the massage as merely average. Reviewers also note that free parking is available at the nearby shopping mall and that the space is small but adequate.
