Reviews
This rating includes 150 reviews from Google. View on Google
Reviews are sharply divided: some customers say they were pleased with attentive, friendly staff and well-done manicure and nail work, and that they return regularly. On the other hand, many customers report that campaign prices changed at checkout, that extra charges were added without prior notice, and that a surcharge was requested for card payments. Other frequent complaints include extensions and gel lifting after a short time, requested colors or designs being unavailable, delays past appointment times, rude behavior, and, in some reviews, hygiene concerns about tool sterilization.
